Video Communications, Inc. is a video conference and communications equipment sales and consulting firm, serving both national and international customer needs. VCI provides video conference product sales and technical support services to the US Federal Government, state governments, educational institutions, and private enterprises.

Video Communications, Inc. is authorized to represent top video/audio and bridge equipment manufacturers: Polycom, Tandberg, Lifesize, Sony, Panasonic, NEC and others. Full manufacturer warranties and support services are provided through VCI.

Video Communications, Inc. is headquartered in San Francisco, CA. We are a Federal Government contractor under GSA Schedule GS-35F-0119S. VCI is registered with CCR and is a Certified SBA 8(a) small, minority-owned business.

Video Communications, Inc. was founded January 2002 in San Jose, California, as a privately held corporation. The business moved to San Francisco April 2004, where we are presently located in the lively Financial District.
